DOMESTIC (USA)

Shipping rates to your location will calculate automatically at checkout. You have the carrier choice of USPS or UPS. Orders over $150 ship free. UPS two day shipping orders must be placed by 3pm EST to ship the following business day. 

 

INTERNATIONAL

Shipping rates to your location will calculate automatically at checkout. Canadian and Australian orders have the carrier choice of USPS or UPS. Orders to the rest of the world ship exclusively via UPS. Please note that any customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Need to return or exchange something? No problem. We accept returns and exchanges that are requested within 14 days of shipment date.

RETURNS

Returned items must be unworn and in perfect condition. Kindly note, products that are worn, have deodorant or make-up stains, or without original tags will not be refunded. Items marked “FINAL SALE” are not eligible for returns.
As an added benefit, Instant Credit is offered on all eligible returns and can be used immediately. Customers can use Instant Credit immediately on a new purchase prior to us receiving your returned item(s). If any or all of the instant credit is not used, a refund to the original payment method will be issued as soon as the returned item(s) are received and processed.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges will be shipped immediately (!), so you don’t have to wait for the delivery of your exchanged item to our warehouse. Exchanged items must be unworn and in perfect condition. Kindly note, products that are worn, have deodorant or make-up stains, or without original tags will not be eligible for exchange. Items marked “FINAL SALE” are not eligible for exchanges.

For international orders, please reach out to wewanttohelp@soldout.nyc to make a return request. Customers returning international orders will need to ship their items via a trackable shipping method of their choice. 

 

HOW DO I START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

It’s easy. Click below to start your return. You’ll need the email address associated with your purchase, or the order number and shipping zip code to obtain your return shipping label.

WHERE CAN I FIND MY SHIPPING LABEL?

Once you start your return, you’ll receive step-by-step instructions and a link to your convenience shipping label, which will also be emailed to you. A flat return fee of $9 is deducted from all returns. Exchanges are free.

 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY RETURN REFUND?

Once your return arrives in our warehouse, it will take approximately 7 business days for your refund to be processed. You will receive an email notification once this occurs.
